26 февраля состоялось рабочее совещание в рамках реализации проекта ЕХАМ ДНЕПР.
5 экспетров Проекта презентовали результаты анкетирования работодателей Днепропетровской области и других регионов Украины. В ходе встречи была выявлена проблематика, которая интересует наших работодателей, а также обсуждены важные вопросы дальнейшей реализации проекта.
В феврале было опрошено 51 предприятие, 47 из которых подписали меморандум о сотрудничестве и поддержали инициативу работодателей касательно внедрения элементов дуальной системы подготовки работников.
On February 26, a working meeting was held within the framework of the implementation of the EХAM DNEPR project. 5 Project Experts presented the results of a survey of employers in the Dnipropetrovsk region and other regions of Ukraine. During the meeting, problems were identified that are of interest to our employers, and important issues related to the further implementation of the project were also discussed. In February, 51 enterprises were polled, 47 of which signed a memorandum of cooperation and supported the initiative of employers regarding the introduction of elements of the dual system of employee training.

Валентина Затишняк, научный руководитель проекта ЕХАМ ДНЕПР директор Днепропетровского регионального инвестиционного агентства (DIA) представила вниманию присутствующих доклад по преодолению кризиса на рынке труда путем внедрения дуальной системы профессионального обучения и особенности реализации украинско-германского проекта «EXAM Днепр» «Внешнее управление подготовкой профессиональных кадров с элементами дуальной системы обучения на предприятиях ».

28 февраля Федерация организаций работодателей Днепропетровщины и немецкие партнеры, представители проекта «Развитой социальный диалог на Днепропетровщине» посетили государственное предприятие «Конструкторское Бюро «Южное» для ознакомления с системой подготовки кадров с элементами дуального образования. В ходе встречи были проведены презентации действующей модели подготовки и рекрутинга персонала, состоялся диалог с молодыми специалистами предприятия, избравшими обучение по этой системе, а также высказана заинтересованность руководства предприятия в поддержании инициативы работодателей по изменению системы подготовки и обучения кадров.
On February 28, the Federation of Employers’ Organizations of Dnipropetrovsk and German partners, representatives of the project “Developed Social Dialogue in Dnipropetrovsk Region” visited the state enterprise “Design Bureau“ Yuzhnoye ”to get acquainted with the system of personnel training with elements of dual education. During the meeting, presentations were made on the current model of personnel training and recruiting, a dialogue was held with young specialists of the company who chose to train according to this system, and the management of the company expressed interest in supporting the initiative of employers to change the system of personnel training and education.
